Online store delivery terms for RETAILERS

General info about Pro Kalastus online store
Products on online store are sold by Pro Kalastus (business id: 2165561-2). Pro Kalastus is a fishing tackle import and wholesale company, producing and manufacturing high quality fishing accessories and selling them to retailers in Finland and in other European countries (including Russia). All product prices are VAT-excluded (VAT-0). If the order is delivered to Finland, before confirming the order customer can see the total price including VAT-24%. Products are ordered mainly using internet, from Prokalastus.fi online store (using the shopping cart). Informing customer's email address is mandatory on registration phase.
Immediately after the order, the ordered products and their total price will be informed to the customer via email. If during this phase customer notices i.e. that wrong product(s) was/were ordered, please contact Pro Kalastus customer service without any major delay (mobile: +358458443550).
On each order customer is engaged with the valid delivery terms on that time.
Using our online store's "Order history" functionality, customer can explore his/her previous orders.
After the order is handled, we will send an order confirmation (=an invoice) via email to the customer, from which can be seen:
- our bank account information where the order should be paid to
- reference number
- order's total sum (including handling- and delivery fees)
For business customers (retailers) an invoice, with payment in advance.
Products and their delivery/postal fees will be paid after they are handled with an order confirmation (invoice) delivered to the retailer customer via email.
After the order is made, we will handle the order during our warehouse's open hours (normally within 24hrs from the order).
We will mail the ordered products once the payment has been done and is visible on our bank account.
We will always try our best to deliver products to our customers as quickly as possible. We are mailing products on every week day (Mon-Fri), excluding public holidays. A product that has adequate quantity at warehouse (=normal situation when ordering using our online store), depending on bank connections delivery normally takes 1-3 week day(s) after the payment has been done. If the ordered product has exceptionally run out, we will let the customer know of it immediately. Should we notice that the delivery will take much longer time than can be expected, we will be in contact with the customer either via email or by calling.
Pro Kalastus cannot be held responsible in case of delayed or prevented delivery, when the reason was out of Pro Kalastus's range of opportunities to influence. These are for example (but not limited to): war, nature catastrophe, cataclysm, import/export ban, official's decision, disturbance of common traffic, or any other action causing problems or serious harm to Pro Kalastus online store.
Delivery method and fees
Delivery fee includes mailing-, handling-, and packing expenses. In the order confirmation (invoice) there is delivery fee included to the total sum of the order based on Posti's current, up-to-date shipping price list.
Terms for changing/returning the products
Customer has 30 days right to change or return the product. Returning right only applies to products which are unused, in their original package, and are still in the condition that they can be sold further. Should this kind of situation happen, please contact Pro Kalastus customer service immediately (mobile: +358458443550).
Include following info to the return:
Your name, company's name, email address, phone number (e.g. mobile), your bank account number and a copy of your order confirmation.

We do not accept returns after 30 days has passed from the delivery. After the return has been received, handled and accepted, the value of the order will be returned directly to the customer's bank account.
In problematic situations in delivery, and for products that are damaged or otherwise not in the expected condition:
If the product gets lost during the delivery, or is damaged or customer has received a wrong product, customer must inform Pro Kalastus immediately of it (either via email: firstname.lastname@example.org / mobile: +358458443550).
Informing about the faulty product or problem during the delivery must be made within 30 days from receiving the product. If the product has been damaged during the delivery, reclamation to Posti must be made immediately by the customer.
